What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile details you provide (degree, college, specialization). When you run a practice session, we record the audio, generate a transcript, and store the AI-generated evaluation of that session.

Why we collect it

• To run your practice sessions and generate performance feedback
• To track your credit balance and transaction history
• To maintain your session history so you can review past practice and progress

Where it's stored

Account data, session transcripts, and evaluations are stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage). Payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

Who can see it

Your session recordings, transcripts, and evaluations are visible only to you and to the Praxyz team for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. We do not sell your data, and we do not share session content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated session data by emailing us at the address below. We'll act on deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, subject to any records we're required to keep for payment and accounting purposes.
