🔊 Real patient voices

This is what a session feels like.

Pick a scenario and press play — that’s the patient’s actual voice, exactly what you’ll hear in a session. In the real tool it’s two-way: you speak, the patient answers.

Patient

I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately. Like I can't switch off.

You

That sounds exhausting. When did you first notice this feeling of being 'on' all the time?

Patient

Probably after I got the promotion. More responsibility, but... I don't know if I deserve it.

You

Tell me more about that — the feeling of not deserving it.

Patient

Everyone seems so confident. I keep waiting for someone to figure out I don't know what I'm doing.

A degree doesn’t get you hired. Experience does.

You graduated. Maybe you even topped your batch. But every interview ends the same way:

“How many hours of practical experience do you have?”

Four ways graduates try to answer it — and why they fail.

01 / 04

Internships that charge you.

You pay ₹1,500 to sit in the corner and observe. No real responsibility, no feedback, no standard. Pure luck whether you get a good supervisor.

Practicing on friends.

They nod politely. They don't go silent or push back. No one tells you when you missed something. Zero signal. Zero growth.

Zero real challenge

Yeah that was really good 👍

Be honest — was it too much reflecting?

No no it was great honestly

Did I miss the suicidal ideation flag?

Umm... I didn't really notice 😅

Step 1 of 3

Pick a scenario

Curated therapy scenarios across multiple modalities — CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, person-centred. Anxiety. Depression. Grief. Relationship conflict. Each case designed with experienced practicing psychologists.

Step 2 of 3

Talk to an AI patient

Our voice agents don't just reply — they react. They raise their voice. They go silent. They deflect. They push back. It's unsettling how human it feels. You speak; they respond. Like a real session.

Step 3 of 3

Get scored. Get proof.

After every session:

  • Quantitative scores — empathy, active listening, intervention timing
  • Qualitative breakdown — what you nailed, where you slipped, what to try next

Hit milestones → earn a Praxis Certificate and a public profile you can share with employers.

Three reasons. No filler.

① A certificate employers can actually see

Complete practice milestones → earn a verified Praxyz Certificate. Your public profile shows session hours, scores, and specializations. Share it with clinics, hospitals, recruiters. Proof you’ve put in the work — not just another PDF from a weekend course.

② AI patients that push back

Our voice agents use real prosody, pauses, and emotion. They interrupt you. They challenge your questions. They react like a real patient would. Practicing with a friend can’t prepare you for this. Praxyz can.

“I don’t see how talking about it is going to change anything.”

③ One platform. Standardized. Not scattered.

No more stitching together internships, YouTube playlists, and random courses. One place to practice, improve, and prove your skills. Designed by experienced psychologists. Evaluated consistently.

No mystery number. Six named skills.

After every eligible session, an AI clinical supervisor reads your full transcript — not the patient’s behavior, only what you said and did — and scores it across six clinical dimensions, each from 0–100, with specific written feedback for every one.

The 0–100 scale

Most trainees start in the middle bands and move up with practice — the scale tracks growth, not a pass/fail line.

What makes a session count

Short or low-effort sessions aren’t scored low — they’re simply left unscored. A session needs to be:

  • At least 10 minutes long
  • At least 5 substantive responses from you
  • You account for at least 15% of the conversation

Every score also comes with a plain-language summary, three specific strengths, three areas to improve, and moment-by-moment notes tied to exact points in your transcript — so you always know exactly why you got the score you did.

“Praxyz offers a highly practical and realistic counselling experience, especially valuable in India where early-career exposure and supervision are limited. The accurate evaluation system, session recordings, and unpredictable client interactions create meaningful learning beyond traditional role plays — it feels remarkably close to real-world therapy.”

“This is the need of the hour. As a portal for graduates to bridge the gap between theory and practice, it has great potential. The early involvement of mental health professionals is key to making this a standard in psychotherapy training.”

“The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. With continued input from mental health professionals, it could become a very valuable tool in the training space.”
