What Praxyz is

Praxyz is a practice platform for mental health therapists. You have voice conversations with simulated AI patients and receive an AI-generated evaluation of your performance. Praxyz is a training tool — it is not therapy, not a substitute for clinical supervision, and the AI patients are not real people.

Credits and sessions

• One credit corresponds to one minute of session time.
• Credits are purchased in packages and deducted after a session ends, based on the session's actual duration.
• A minimum credit balance is required to start a session.
• Purchased credits remain valid on your account even if a package is later removed from the pricing page.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Once credits are added to your account after a successful payment, they are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in case of a technical error on our end.

Recording and evaluation

Sessions are recorded and transcribed so that we can generate your performance evaluation and let you review past sessions. Evaluations are generated by an AI model and are intended as practice feedback, not a clinical or professional assessment.

Acceptable use

Use Praxyz for genuine practice. Don't attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform, and don't share your account with others.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Praxyz after an update means you accept the revised terms.
